１９４０年５月、群馬県生まれ。法政大学法
学部法律学科卒業、　
１９７７年行政書士免許取得。
１９８６年株）サービス経済研究所設立して代
表取締役就任、　　　
２０１０年国際行政書士事務所開設し、ネパ
ール国の技能実習生の受け入れ・ビザ申請支
援業務を開始。以後、技能実習生をベトナ
ム、インドネシア、ミャンマー等に拡大し、更に人
材、貿易事業を開始するに伴って各種申請・
登録業務を拡大（企業概要参照）、現在に至
る。

２０１２年（社）日本-ネパール親善協会を設
立し会長就任、ネパール人の各種申請・登録
業務を行う。

Service  Economy, assumed office as

Opened the International Administrative
Scrivener Office in 2010, and started
Technical Intern Training Progam and
accepted traineesin Nepal, so started  
visa application services. Since then, we
expanded accepting trainee's country  to
Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, etc. and
further expanded various application /
registration services because  we
startetd human resources and trade

Established Japan -Nepal Friendship
Society in 2012 and took office as
chairman. Started various application and
registration services for Nepalese people

ボランテｲア活動：２０１５年のネパール大地震
で崩壊したシンドパルチョーク小学校へ図書館
寄贈。Volunteer activities: Donated
library to Sindo Pal Chalk Elementary
School collapsed in the 2015 Nepal
earthquake.
